Phoebe Kellerman is a watercolorist living in Bexley, Ohio. She enjoys being part of a vibrant local community of artists and art enthusiasts. Phoebe attended art school for a short stint at l’Ecole des Beaux Arts et Ceramiques in Tarbes, France before moving back to the states. Phoebe takes regular watercolor classes through the Priscilla R. Tyson Cultural Arts Center. Phoebe has exhibited her artwork at one of the shows for the Central Ohio Watercolor Society, as well as, Image Optical during the Saturday Gallery Hop in the Short North District of Columbus.
